GHs Goals

1. Provide interventions and to do what is necessary to fill the gap of the learning loss due to COVID.

My Goals- Being Patient with the students because of that Loss of learning they have forgotten some learning skills, I will fallow to the RTI, Sped, EL and 504 requirements for the students.(to the best of my knowledge.)

2. Increase STAAR/EOC performance in English 1, English 2, Algebra .

My Goals- In class I am increasing critical thinking skills and Vocabulary skills relating it back to Case studies in class with class discussing and writing down the thoughts on case study also increasing knowledge regarding vocabulary with flig grid vocabulary skills.

3. Prepare for and provide opportunities for more students to increase the performance and participate in SAT and ACT Test.

4. Assist teaching staff to plan for and execute WICOR instructional strategies on regular bases (document)

My Goals- Increase writing skills by working on case studies and creating them with the information they have learned with each chapter, Discussing the case studies and going over new vocabulary and how to use new terms, Discussing new terms and dissecting them for further understanding , Working on pubic speaking in class slowly when we have oral reports .

5. Discuss , plan ,execute and celebrate accomplishments and initiatives that make GHS an educational destination.

My Goal- I have a Student Goal wall , every Six weeks we will write new goals and celebrate our accomplishments .
