ESY Programming is decided through the TEAM meeting process. If you have questions about whether or not your student qualified for ESY programming, please reach out to your TEAM chair.
The ESY program runs Monday-Thursday.
The specific dates for the 2025 ESY Program are as follows:
Monday July 7th: Set Up Day for Teachers
Tuesday July 8th-Thursday August 7th: ESY Programming
Families will be sent an email in May confirming your students exact ESY schedule.
Families will receive an email through the Powerschool Portal at the beginning of May confirming your student's ESY schedule.
Teacher assignments will be part of the email received in May with your child's individualized programming schedule.
Transportation is available for ESY programming. Information on transportation will be included in the email that families receive via the Powerschool Portal in May, which will include a google form to complete indicating your transportation needs.
Students attending the ESY program should bring a water bottle and a peanut free snack each day. Those staying for full day programming should also bring a lunch and afternoon peanut free snack. For preschool students, a change of clothes that will stay in your child's backpack is also recommended.
If your student is going to be absent from ESY programming, please use the email below:
The email should include your child's full name, grade, and ESY teacher (if possible).
