- providing a space for your child to work in
- providing a level of supervision appropriate to your child’s stage of development
- monitoring communications from teachers
- checking in with your child often to help them manage and pace their work

In alignment with the move to online learning during term 2 there will be changes to how attendance is recorded on Daymap. New attendance codes have been introduced as outlined below:

H – this code will be used to record students who are participating in online learning at home.

00 – this code will be used to record students who participate online for a scheduled 'live' lesson.

U - this code will be used to record students who are absent from a 'live' lesson or an unexplained absence from school.

Parents will be notified using the current text messaging system for unexplained absences. Other absence codes ( eg Family, Illness, Late) will continue to be used as normal.
