Whether you're accompanying a client during their tattoo session or participating in one of our tours, workshops, or events, we expect all guests and visitors to adhere to the following guidelines:

1. Tattoo Studio Appointment Accompaniment:

• Clients are welcome to bring one guest to accompany them during their appointment, provided that the guest adheres to our policy of conduct.

• We encourage clients to inform their guests about our policies prior to their appointment to avoid any misunderstandings.

2. Compliance with Instructions:

A. Respectful Conduct Do's: 

• Adhere to designated pathways and areas during tours, workshops, and events to ensure safety and efficiency.

• Treat all individuals with respect and courtesy, including staff, artists, and fellow guests. 

• Respect the privacy and personal space of others.

• Maintain a quiet and respectful demeanor within the studio.

• Follow any instructions given by staff members, or event organizers promptly and courteously.

• Keep all conversations and interactions appropriate and respectful.

B. Respectful Conduct Don'ts:

• Do not engage in disruptive behavior, including loud talking, yelling, or causing disturbances.

• Do not touch any equipment or artwork without permission from a staff member.

• Do not bring any food or drinks into the tattooing area.

• Do not smoke or vape inside the studio premises.

3. Photography and Videography:

• Respect any posted guidelines regarding photography or videography with reference to tours, workshops, events, especially in sensitive areas like tattooing stations.

• Do not take photographs or videos without explicit consent from both the client and the artist.

4. Hygiene and Safety:

A. Tattoo Studios Visitation: 

• Guests must adhere to our studio's hygiene and safety protocols, including washing hands thoroughly before entering the tattooing area. 

• Guests should refrain from touching their face, especially around the tattooing area, to minimize the risk of contamination.

• Refrain from touching equipment, artwork, or surfaces unless instructed or invited to do so by a staff member.

B. Tours, Workshops, Events: 

• Guests must adhere to our studio's hygiene and safety protocols, including washing hands thoroughly before participating in workshops, and in some cases participating in events and tours.

• Guests should refrain from touching their face, especially around the tattooing area, to minimize the risk of contamination.

• Refrain from touching equipment, artwork, or surfaces unless instructed or invited to do so by a staff member.

• Adhere to designated pathways and areas during tours, workshops, and events to ensure safety and efficiency.

5. Minors:

• Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

• Parental supervision is required, and minors must adhere to the same conduct guidelines as adult visitors.

• Minors are not permitted in the tattooing area unless they are the ones receiving the service.

6. Compliance with Laws and Regulations, Special Provisions for Public Figures and High-Profile Individuals :

• Guests and visitors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to public health, safety, and sanitation.

• Prohibited items such as illegal substances or weapons are strictly forbidden on our premises; Provisions

   2. Coordination with our security team or management is necessary to ensure a smooth and secure experience for all parties involved.

   1. Individuals authorized to carry firearms must ensure that their weapons are properly concealed at all times while on our premises.

   2. Visible display or handling of firearms is strictly prohibited, except in situations where immediate self-defense is warranted.

   1. Public figures or high-profile individuals may be accompanied by their security personnel, provided that they adhere to our guest and visitor policy.

   2. Security personnel must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward staff, clients, and other guests.

   1. All applicable laws and regulations regarding the carrying and use of firearms must be strictly adhered to by individuals and their security personnel.

   2. GRADE A INK TATTOO AND PIERCING STUDIOS reserves the right to refuse entry or services to anyone found to be in violation of these laws or regulations.

   1. We understand the need for privacy and discretion for public figures and high-profile individuals. Therefore, we will take measures to ensure their comfort and security while respecting the privacy of other clients and visitors.

  • Repeat violations or severe misconduct may lead to a ban from future visits or participation in our activities.
