Grace Church Beckenham is committed to offering pastoral care and support (working with statutory agencies as appropriate) to any who have been affected by abuse and who are part, or have contact with the Church.

Working with offenders and those who may pose a risk

When someone attending Grace Church Beckenham is under investigation, is known to pose a risk, or is known to have abused children; the Leadership will supervise the individual concerned and offer pastoral care, but in its Safeguarding commitment to the protection of children (and adults with care and support needs) will set robust boundaries for that person, which they will be expected to keep. These boundaries will be based on an appropriate risk assessment and through consultation with appropriate parties.
