Grades and Academic awards
Grades can be accessed online through our new TADS system; an email was recently sent out with more information. In addition, progress reports will be sent home on paper halfway through the trimester.
Homework Policy
LATEWORK: In an effort to prepare students for high school, where redos or latework are not always an option, homework that is turned in late loses credit for each day it is late, and will not be accepted more than one week past due date. However, if a student is absent, work will not be counted late, as long as it is turned in within a reasonable amount of time.
*If your child has an extenuating circumstance, such as a major illness or life event, I understand that sometimes things happen beyond our control, and I desire the same opportunity for success as you do - so please feel free to talk with me and we will work toward what we feel is best for your child in the long run.
Academic Awards
Academic Recognition: 3.00-3.32 GPA
Honor Roll: 3.33-3.66 GPA
Principal’s Honor Roll: 3.67 or above GPA
