Payments: First of four payments due February 13th. Pay directly online or give check or cash to Mrs. Dodge or Ms. Hagar. They will ensure it gets to the New York office. The remaining payments will be as scheduled:

• March 13th
• April 13th
• May 13th

Due to recent health issues and school closures, all payments from March-May ar due in May .

Passports - We would like this completed by the end of February if possible.

• If your passport has expired or you do not have one please start the renewal/application process ASAP. It often takes 4-8 weeks to renew or apply for a new passport.
• Please make sure you have a passport and that it is valid for 6 months AFTER your return date. This is extremely important as many countries are strict with passport requirements and may not let you travel.
• If you need tips or help getting your passport please touch base with your Global Glimpse Leader. If you have a special situation, please contact Global Glimpse at info@globalglimpse.org or 1-800-499-0656.
• Remember, it is your responsibility to make sure your passport is valid. We cannot give refunds for students who are not able to travel due to passport issues.

Name and Date of Birth Check

Please check to make sure the name and Date of Birth (DOB) on your portal account MATCHES the legal name and DOB on your passport. This is very important as Global Glimpse uses the information as it appears on your portal account to purchase your airline ticket. Your airline ticket MUST match your legal name and DOB as it appears on your passport in order for you to travel.

Please login to your portal account to update this information so that it matches your passport. You can do this by clicking "Profile," then "Personal Information. Don't forget to click "Save"!

Additional Notes:

• If you have not received your passport yet, your name will appear as it does on your birth certificate.
• Middle Names are NOT important. (Example: John Daniel Smith only needs to be John Smith).
• Only the first last (family) name is important. (Example: John Smith Stevens only needs to be John Smith)
• If you want to keep the name you are known by on the portal, please put it in quotes. (Example: Qing Hai “Amy” Li)
• If your name on your portal is not correct and we need to change the name on your airline ticket after it has been purchased, you will be charged a name change fee by the airline. These name change fees vary between $75-$275.

Health Information

-Go on your portal and make sure your health information is correct. The Health and Safety Coordinator will be checking information to make sure they are aware and prepared for any and all health issues surrounding your care.

-Go on the CDC websites and talk to your doctor about proper vaccines needed
