Theme/Competency: PBIS Expectations

RESPONSIBLE DECISION MAKING: Students develop, implement, and model effective decision making skills to deal responsibly with daily academic and social situations 

Social Awareness:  The ability to take the perspective of and empathize with others, including those from diverse backgrounds and cultures. The ability to understand social and ethical norms for behavior and to recognize family, school, and community resources and supports. 

Here are the August SEL slides that are shared with the elementary classroom teachers. 

*These lessons are typically not presented to the classes by the SEL Coaches, however the teachers do consult with the SEL Coaches with questions.
