How to Create Your Drive Folder

1. Go to your Prep Gmail home page.

2. Click on the Waffle.

3. Click "Drive."

4. In the upper left corner, click "New."

5. Click "Folder."

6. Name the Folder "[Last Name] English II"

7. Right Click on the newly created folder.

8. Click "Share."

9. Type "bchappell@gprep.org" or just start entering my name.

How to Create a Folder within a Folder

1. Go to your Drive folder for this class

2. Click on New

3. Click on Folder

4. Name your folder and click Enter

5. Click and drag that folder into the folder you want it in

6. OR right click the folder

7. Click Move To

8. Follow the steps to move it into the folder you want it in.

How to Manage a Google Doc

You must do all your writing in Google Docs, from start to finish. If your work is not in your revision history, you will lose points.

1. Go to your Drive folder for this class

2. Click "New."

3. Click "Google Docs."

4. In the upper left corner of the document, give it a name

5. Click the icon that looks like a folder.

6. Click "Move To."

7. Move to the appropriate folder (or drag it to that folder)
