Consequences:
1) Verbal warning
2) Removal from activity
3) Parent contact
Behavior in specials will impact student grades. Music class is based on participation. Poor behavior means there is a lack of participation, which will reflect in a lowered grade and conduct marking.
Conduct Marking
Excellent (E): 0-1 consequences given
Satisfactory (S): 2-4 consequences given
Needs Improvements (N): 5-6 consequences given
Unsatisfactory-Needs improvement (U): 7+ consequences given
Music Class Grades:
Music grades are based on participation with attention to detail. All students are able to earn a good grade by following the M.U.S.I.C. rules.
