My name is Carmen Serrano and I will be your child's Pre-kindergarten teacher. I have been teaching for 20 years at Jacinto City Elementary. JCE holds a special place in my heart because both of my daughters attended here. I love teaching Pre-Kindergarten and look forward to all the learning and fun we will be having!
