Google Classroom is the preferred learning management system (LMS) of Galena Park ISD. Here are a couple of items that you must consider adding to your LMS:
Utilize Calendar and link to your webpage
Utilize Topics by name by week, unit, or curriculum area.
You can quickly add a Google Meet video meeting to a Microsoft Outlook event or email using the Google Meet add-in for Microsoft Outlook.
Participants can join by clicking the video meeting link in the Outlook event.
If you would like your videos visible to the public, you need to Change the Share settings to Anyone on the internet with this link can view.

Go to your Google Calendars, find the one you want, click on the three dots to the right, then click on Settings and sharing, and Make available to public
Remove the taskbar on your Google Slides:
On the url, remove everything at the end including the edit
Replace with present?rm+minimal
