One of the features of the ClassLink Console on your dashboard is to allow you to access your students application usage and analytics to document student online engagement. ClassLink Console shows you a report of what programs your students logged into and how long they were engaged in that program. Then you can go to the actual program and check their progress in that program.

Create an Eduphoria helpdesk ticket if you:

• are having problems with your computer, printer, monitor, keyboard, mouse or other computer accessories.

• have a problems with a Cisco VoIP phone

• need software installed on your computer or are having problems with an application.

• need website URL to be unblocked.

• need to add a Teacher or Students to a Program - Stemscopes, Etc..
