My name is Brenda Charles, I am serving as Lead Counselor at on our North Shore 9 Campus. I have had the honor to serve our amazing students in Galena Park ISD for the last 25 years, working with students at all grade levels providing academic, social and emotional support to assist with meeting our students' needs. With high school being such an essential part of each student's academic journey, I'm here to help students with planning for their future which includes mapping out their college & career readiness, setting goals and facing any personal and social challenges that they may face along the way. Hello! I’m Mr. Lee Sennet, and I have the privilege of serving as a school counselor dedicated to supporting the academic, emotional, and social development of our students. I am honored to have received the 2024 Rhosine Fleming Middle School Counselor of the Year award, as well as the Counselors Reinforcing Excellence for Students in Texas (C.R.E.S.T.) Award for three consecutive years. These accolades inspire me to continue advocating for our students and creating a nurturing environment where they can thrive. Hello, I’m Rosa Arrazolo-Salazar and I’m one of the counselors at the North Shore 9 Center. I have over 20 years of experience in Galena Park ISD. I have a passion for supporting students not just academically, but socially and emotionally as well. I’m looking forward to a great school year and beginning this high school journey with you all. In addition to being a school counselor, I also serve as the NS9 Parent and Family Engagement Facilitator. I believe that a strong relationship between school, students and families contributes to student success.
