Hello, my name is Ebony Toliver. Ms. Toliver grew up in northeast Houston but my family is originally from Crockett, TX and Shreveport, Louisiana. I graduated from Forest Brook High School in the North Forest Independent School District so I am a proud Jaguar!

I've been a teacher in Galena Park ISD for 17 years. I am certified  in Special Education, English as a Second Language , Gifted and Talented, Early Childhood -8th grade and I hold a principal certification. My Bachelor's degree is from the University of Houston -Downtown in Interdisciplinary Studies and I received a Master's degree from the University of Houston - Clear Lake in Educational Management. I was almost the first in my family to graduate from college but my older cousin beat me by one school semester!

In my personal life, I enjoy napping, reading and spending time with family and friends. I am a proud mother of three and dog mom. Dogs are my favorite! Major is the newest addition to our family.
