Encounters

Joel was born on March 28, 2007. He went home to his house on the east side of Houston Texas where he would live with his mom, brother, and sisters. He was best friends with his siblings and cousins. He sometimes got taken care of by his aunts. As a child Joel cried a lot, but he was still a very happy kid when he was around the ones he loved. Today Joel attends WAMS. He struggles with paying attention in a few classes, for he sometimes gets bored of what the teacher is saying and according to him already knows it or thinks it is not useful to him.

Joel is passionate about learning more about space exploration, music, psychology, and art. Joel likes to draw, paint, and make beats and rhythms just like the people he looks up to. Joel also enjoys skating, but when it comes to tricks Joel is no where near the level of Tony Hawk, but considers himself alright at it.

Joel has done quite well throughout school, but nothing of it he would consider outstanding. He has overcome many challenges with his determination. Overall he is good at the things he is passionate about, and is bound to achieve countless amount of things in his life.

Joel plans to and will accomplish many things in his life. He is extremely passionate about helping others with mental health, and bringing out the best in people. He hopes to one day lead millions to being the best they can be and guiding the people who don’t have much hope for themselves.
