Research Poem

I went to the store and what did I see?

Miles and miles of toys waiting for me

Toys for boys 

And toys for girls

Toys for kids all over the world               

Funny how these toys were made

Elliot and  Harold stayed watching their kids play

This made them want to make their own to put on display

This was the way Mattel was made

They displayed their creations

making sure they got seen

Mattel kept growing like a really big tree

years and years Mattel stayed at work

Creating hot-wheels and Baribes

kids wanted more

Barbie and Ken were made to solve all of this

 Miss Ruth Handler created them

they were no hit or miss

money came, money went

soon they became a really big hit 

Elliot was a busy bee

Becoming a well known business because of all their success

Owning bunches of toy brands

coming from nothing to something

Money came, Fame came, all of this because of their kids

Mattel will still live on to this day

through all of their hard work

Elliot, Ruth and Haorld made it work

Mattel has came a long way
