Structured Life Skills Classroom
Structured Life Skills (SLS) is a service provided by special education, where students are supported in their learning of both academic and functional skills.
Students learn social and functional skills such as communicating wants and needs, cooking, cleaning, hygiene, toileting, dressing, and self-help tools that aim to increase their overall independence.
Learning extends beyond the classroom with frequent Community-Based Instruction trips (CBI), in which students practice daily living skills out in their community.

Meet the Paraprofessionals
We have two wonderful paraprofessionals working daily with our students in the classroom and throughout the campus. They do a great job assisting the teacher with performing tasks and supporting students in their learning.
