6th Grade Reflection

Many things happened in 6th grade, but the thing that I will remember for the rest of the year would be the challenge of the mind, because it was, creative, and we made a shield with our hands and clay.  I was proud of something that I accomplished: making a shield, coloring it,  making a 1000-word essay, my page, and much more that I won't forget.  Another thing that I accomplished in 6th grade was staying in advanced math because if you failed you went to on-level math, which is boring. The nicest act that someone has done for me is giving me 10 dollars for free, my friend Kevin gave it to me and said that I could have it for free, with that money I bought things like candies and cookies for my friends, but I also got like three or two dollars for myself.  The most challenging part this year was STAAR, because all it did was get me stressed for STAAR, and I think that made lots of people too. This was also hard because when we were taking the STAAR some girls at my table were talking and I was trying to concentrate, but they were just too loud.  Annoying stuff happened too when you were done you would just have like 3 hours of boring free time, and couldn't do anything fun, well I don't blame them because it's a big test, and very important, but like at least we could do something fun. If I could change one thing this year it would be if we could have more classes or if your option for the class, because all the options that 6th grade has are fun, but at some point, they get pretty boring very fast. The three most important things I learned are advanced math, because it helps me prepare for 7th grade. Advanced ELAR, because it helps in life, by reading writing, and much more. The final thing that was important to learn was science because you can know how things work, how they have chemical reactivity, and more. Something that was hard at the start of the year, and is easy right now is science because there was lots of things that were taught to us, but now it is easy. A subject that I think I made lots of progress was math because I'm in advanced and enjoy learning math, and other 7th-grade math. The six adjectives that I describe 6th grade are, fun, funny, interesting, new, exciting, and big.
