7th grade Reflection

Reflecting on my 7th grade year as a 7th grader, I have struggled in a few classes and some i have not, made new friends, met new teachers, and experienced more things this year.

In most classes, I complete my work quickly and understand the subject quickly, and in some classes, I take a while or never finish my assignments and sometimes don't understand what I'm supposed to do. I have learned a lot of new things in many of my classes such as Math, Science, Art, and LOTC. I learned things that would help me in the future. I met more teachers that I didn't know anything about and some teachers I already knew. It was fun meeting new people in my class.

I have made a few new friends in my art class and had some things in common with them. I still hang out with friends from last year like Cassidy, Madison, and Elianna, and I still have an amazing time with them. I'm less shy than I used to be thanks to them. They really bring out the person I actually am. I enjoy spending time with my friends and value every moment of it.

While outside of school I do homework or any missing assignments that I have to do and practice playing my instrument at home. I rarely have events that happen after school like for band I have concerts or staying after school to catch up in my classes. Sometimes I think of what I'm going to do the next day at school so that I'm more prepared.

Looking back at my 7th grade year I think I did a pretty good job coming to school every day and doing my work and behaving. I have grown a lot and some things didn’t change. Of course, things will change next year or maybe not. I learned new skills and new lessons that will help me in the future or the present.  I have enjoyed the time i had to be a 7th grader and cant wait for 8th grade where it could be a better year for me.
