On the evening of January 22, 2007, it was a cold, rainy night and when the clock struck 8:31 p.m., Abigail Marie was born at Clear Lake Regional Hospital. Her loving parents Hector and Julia took their tiny, newborn baby girl home in Houston, Tx. About six years later, Abigail was given a little sister on November 19, 2012. Also, she was given a dog during the spring break of 2020.
Currently, Abigail is an 8th grader at Woodland Acres Middle School (WAMS). Although math may be considered the worst subject toward many students, Abigail actually likes math and is great at it. She is now taking Algebra I and is known to some of her friends as a “math nerd.” She has been a spectacular student with fantastic grades and is determined to leave it like that.
Throughout Abigail’s 14 years here on Earth, she has made multiple accomplishments. One of her most memorable accomplishments was when her volleyball team played against Galena Park. They were so nervous about that game since Woodland Acres usually loses against them and knowing it was going to be their last game together as a team. However, in the end, both A team and B team won against Galena Park, and almost all of them cried. Another accomplishment Abigail made was when she and her dance team got 1st place in all of the categories they competed in. That was an unforgettable moment for her and she plans to keep getting first. Also, she has accomplished being in G.T. since the 2nd grade, being in Encounters, and having all Pre-AP classes.
Abigail actually has multiple hobbies and talents she favors. One of her favorite hobbies is volleyball. She plays volleyball for her school and has great teammates. She had just started volleyball not knowing how to serve over the net and not that great at passing. But now she has improved a great amount and is the volleyball team’s libero (defense specialist). Another one of her favorite hobbies is dance. She has adored dancing ever since she was little and has been dancing ever since the age of 3 thanks to her parents.
Sooner than it seems, in the future, Abigail would like to graduate high school in the top 10% of her class. After graduating, Abigail doesn’t really know yet what she wants to do or be for the rest of her life. She has no idea where life is going to take her but plans to just go with it and see where it’s going to take her. However, she hopes to get a scholarship into a great college and have a good paying job.
In conclusion, she hopes to be the best she can be and live her life to the fullest instead of some having a boring life where she regrets all the things she could have done. In addition, Abigail can’t wait to see what challenges life is going to throw her.
