My Research Poem
My poem was a cover for "Waka Waka" by Shakira. I did a cover like last year, but I think I did better this time, even though it was shorter.
Come from the south end, called South America,
Making a ruckus, ain’t no catalyst, you are a menace,
You act like you’re natural, but you’re invasive
Making a mess, this isn’t right, you’re chaos’ apprentice
The breath of the wild, you feel it
But you got it wrong, I repeat it
Stop making mistakes, oh, oh
Get it right, get it right, eh, eh
Stop ruining ecosystems,
This is mother nature’s call
Nature’s call, eh, eh
Capybara, eh, eh
Stop ruining ecosystems
This is mother nature’s call
Listen to nature, you are destructive
Reproducing too fast, it’s a whole fiasco, you are a vermin,
People are asking, when will it stop?
Stop overgrazing, disrupting economy, making a whole mess,
Today’s the day, I feel it,
That you change for the better,
Stop making mistakes, oh, oh
Change for the better, eh, eh
Stop ruining ecosystems,
This is mother nature’s call
Stop making mistakes, eh, eh
Capybara, eh, eh
Stop ruining ecosystems,
Capybara-a-a
Start doing good, eh, eh
Capybara, eh, eh
Stop making those mistakes yeah,
This is mother nature’s call
Start doing good, gotta stop destroying crops,
If you don’t, gonna keep gettin’ hunted
You’re from Kingdom Animalia eh, eh
Also from Class Mammalia, eh, eh
Your personality is destructive, but this is mother nature’s call
Stop ruining ecosystems, Capybara-a-a
Stop ruining it all
Quit hurting mother nature, Capybara-a-a
Stop ruining it all, eh, eh
Capybara, eh, eh
Quit hurting mother nature,
Capybara-a-a
Stop ruining ecosystems, eh, eh
Capybara, eh, eh
Like a wrecking ball yeah,
But this is mother nature’s call
Nature, eh, eh
Nature, eh, eh
Quit hurting, stop consuming
Capybara-a-a
Nature, eh, eh
Nature, eh, eh
Come on, stop the destruction
Capybara-a-a
This is mother nature’s call
This is mother nature’s call
Quit damaging, stop consuming
This is mother nature’s wish
