Welcome Back Wildcats! I am so excited to be at Cunningham Middle this year!

This is my first year in the Galena Park district, but my 5th year in education and my 7th year in behavior support.

I'm originally from Oklahoma City, and have been living in Houston since 2018. I graduated from Oklahoma State University with my bachelors degree (2013) and Hampton University with a Masters degree in Counseling (2017). I am a trauma-informed educator that believes in the Power of Yet, restorative practices, and building transformative relationships. I look forward to working with you this year!

Hello Wildcat family! I'm delighted to be joining Cunningham Middle School.

I was born and raised in Houston, TX. I graduated from North Shore Senior High in 2017, and I'm also a Cunningham Wildcat alumna.

I am looking forward to working with you, getting to know your student, and helping them succeed this school year!

We are SO Excited about the 22-23 School Year! I have no doubt that this year will be one full of learning and growth. I have high expectations of my students and I don't lower them because I know every student is capable of meeting them! We will focus on the Power of Yet this year. You may not be where you want to be YET but with intention and practice you can get there and Ms. Rios and I are here to see to it that you meet your goals!
