FPS Officials
All teams advancing to State Finals must provide a certified FPS Evaluator.
FPS Evaluators will report to the Daisy Room (West Tower) by 10:00 AM on Saturday, March 9, and must complete their scoring by 5:00 PM.
All FPS evaluation must be done on-site.
Written Composition
The first and second highest placing schools in each Region must provide a Composition Reader.
Readers can choose to score off-site, via zoom, the link will be sent later. We recommend scoring on Saturday, if there is an emergency that Saturday scoring is not possible then we will open a session on Sunday morning.
HS Saturday, March 9 - 6:00 PM

High School Readers who are on-site should report to the Collins Room (East Tower) at 6:00 PM Saturday, March 9.
Middle Grades Readers who are on-site should report to the Jones Room (East Tower) at 4:00 PM Saturday, March 9.
Content Assessment
Schools that have 1-4 students taking tests at state are required to provide 1 proctor.
Schools that have 5+ students taking tests are required to provide 2 proctors.
Proctors will be assigned a time and room to report for their testing session if selected.
Team Quick Recall
First place Regional Quick Recall teams advancing to State Finals must provide 2 certified officials, one who can serve as Judge or Moderator and one who can serve as Scorekeeper or Buzzer Operator. Second place Regional Quick Recall teams advancing to State Finals must provide 1 certified official who can serve in any capacity.

Middle School officials should report to the Brown Room at 7:00 AM on Sunday, March 10 to preview questions.
High School officials should report to the Brown Room at 1:00 PM on Sunday, March 10 to preview questions.
Middle School officials on MONDAY report to Brown Room at 6:30 AM.
High School officials on MONDAY report to Collins Room at 7:00 AM.

Middle School scorekeepers should report to Wilkinson Room (East Tower) at 7:45 AM on Sunday, March 10 to get their assignments.
High School scorekeepers should report to Wilkinson Room (East Tower) at 2:45 PM on Sunday, March 10 to get their assignments.
Buzzer Operators/Spotters
Middle School Buzzer operators/Spotters should report to Wilkinson Room (East Tower) at 7:45 AM on Sunday, March 10 to get their assignments.
