High School Composition

There is no registration process at State Finals. Students simply show up at the assigned testing room at the right time.

Students must bring a charged and functioning device. KAAC will not provide any devices and can not guarantee access to an outlet. Students who do not have a device will not test.

All times are in Eastern Time and are the start time of the event, please arrive 15 minutes before the start time.

Written Composition Officials

The first and second highest placing schools in each Region must provide a Composition Reader.
Readers must score on-site. We recommend scoring on Saturday, if there is an emergency that Saturday scoring is not possible then we will open a session on Sunday morning.
- HS Saturday, March 21 - 6:00 PM
- Either Division (Emergency) Sunday, March 22 - 8:00 AM - Wilson Room
High School Readers should report to the Willis Room (East Tower) at 6:00 PM Saturday, March 21.
