When I was a child, my siblings and I starting a band (well, actually an air band). I was the singer, my brothers were the guitars, and my sister played the piano and did the lights (poor girl). We played evening shows for my parents (much to their chagrin). We called ourselves The Weese´s Pieces. This name means family, dreams, hard work and fun to me. Those themes have run through my entire life. They are themes that run through my teaching career, as well. They are the pieces that I try to fit together in lessons, interactions with students, and each day I teach. Rock on!
