Creative Process

• use your sketchbook to design an open-ended composition that is roughly 6" x 6" and features a variety of interesting lines and shapes

• draw your finished image on a piece of lino

• safely use the techniques discussed in class to cut your lino block; take a proof of your finished piece using pencil crayon or crayon

• use a brayer and black ink to ink your plate then create an edition of prints on paper; properly label your prints following the model provided in the studio
