Photo Editing Basics
Bring out the best in your photos with these fundamental photo-editing techniques. Please follow along with this tutorial and try you hand at editing the sample photo.
Afterwards pick one of your own photos and then show me the before and after!
Editing is enhancement, not magic.
Photo ID Card
For this project, you will design a one-sided Photo ID Card using Adobe Photoshop. The final card will be used for borrowing school camera equipment, depending on your course section. Your goal is to produce a legible, well-designed, and realistic ID card that meets professional technical specifications.
Studio Lighting - Portraiture
This assignment will be completed in the Studio using 1-2 lights, a diffuser and a deflector.
While we will go over some standard lighting set-up, feel free to experiment with your lighting quality (hard vs soft), distances and set-ups. Also, please consider a wardrobe change, an expression to match the situation or background change to change the overall feel of your photographs.
