During the summer of 2020 we had a team of educators from a variety of schools work to spiral the grade 9 and 10 Science curriculum in an 'Ideally at school' and 'Potentially at home' hybrid model. These resources were designed to purposefully use the local environment as a case study for investigation and to encourage classes to occasionally use the outdoors as a living laboratory.
Resources for each grade were completed for the first cycle providing teachers with resources for the first 6-7 typical weeks. These resources were not designed in a quadmester format, therefore pacing will need to be adjusted by the user.
The student-facing resources were also translated into French for our French Immersion classes.
