A random act of kindness

Is perfect and it's free

It happens when we help a friend

Unexpectedly.

You were in a hurry

When you saw me all alone

You told me not to worry

"I'll help you to find your way home."

You wrote me a letter

When I was feelin' blue

It sure made me feel better

To know I've a good friend like you.

Remember when you said to me

That I was your best friend

The words you spoke so beautifully

Helped me to smile once again.
