Let's play a fun card game called 'Make Ten'! The goal is to find pairs of cards that add up to 10. The player with the most pairs at the end wins!
· Use cards with numbers from 0 to 10 (no face cards).
· Shuffle the cards well.
· Give 7 cards to each player.
· Put the rest of the cards in a pile in the middle.
1. Look at your cards and find any two that add up to 10. Put those pairs down in front of you.
2. Take turns asking another player for a card you need to make a pair that adds up to 10. For example, if you have a 6, you can ask, 'Do you have a 4?'
3. If the player has the card, they give it to you and you make a pair.
4. If they don’t have the card they will say "GO FISH", and you take one card from the pile in the middle.
5. Now it’s the next player’s turn!
Keep playing until all the cards in the middle are gone. Count how many 'Make Ten' pairs each player has. The player with the most pairs wins!
