Current students and students who exited A. B. Lucas Secondary School in the past 12 months may fill out the Record Request Form for transcripts, enrolment letters, graduation summaries, report cards, etc.

Students who exited a TVDSB school in the greater than 12 months may request additional copies of their official student transcript through the Thames Valley District School Board Records Centre.

Graduates will receive one copy of their Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) in July of their graduating year. Diplomas are securely destroyed if not picked up within 5 years.

Third Parties (including law firms, community partners, and post-secondary schools) requesting official student records on behalf of a student must visit the Thames Valley District School Board Records Centre web page and submit the appropriate forms.
