MindShift CBT App uses scientifically proven strategies based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help you learn to relax and be mindful, develop more effective ways of thinking, and use active steps to take charge of your anxiety. It includes tools to tackle worry, panic, perfectionism, social anxiety, and phobias.
Any child or young person up to 18 years of age can use One Stop Talk and get connected to ongoing supports, if needed.
Parents/caregivers are welcome to connect to the service with their child to ensure access. Interpretation services are available on request.

Walk-in services provide families with immediate access to supports that address a child and youth mental health crisis. Walk-in services are provided by Tandem.*
