Department Head
Ms. Van Patter is a graduate of the Don Wright Faculty of Music from Western University and the Faculty of Education from Queen's University. Emily majored in voice at Western, and sang with Les Choristes and the Amabile Choirs of London. Ms. Van Patter currently teaches and conducts the strings and vocal programs at Laurier.

Ms. Resendes
Ms. Resendes
Ms. Resendes is a graduate of the Don Wright Faculty of Music and the Faculty of Education from Western University. She has her ARCT in piano performance and majored in piano at Western. Throughout the years, she has performed at many concerts and has accompanied many groups. Ms. Resendes currently teaches and conducts the band program at Laurier.
