This presentation explains in detail your MyStudents tab and how to keep an overview of your active students and their credits and credit renewal dates.

Main Points

1. Check the student overview to receive information about your student and the amount of credits left on their account.

2. Remember, credits do not roll over - be sure to use them up and book your lessons in before the renewal date is due!

3. If your student is running low on credits, let us know!

4. The study plan is a really useful, visual tool, to help plan your student's (and yours!) time and lessons together.

Top Tip:

Although credits do not roll over to the following month, this does not mean that the lessons have to be completed before the renewal date. The lessons only have to be booked in before the credit renewal date. With this in mind, if a student's credits renew on the 5th of every month, and you have leftover credits on the 4th, you can book in the remaining credits for lessons to take place in the following month.
