This video describes in detail the process of building your student base at GoStudent. You will also learn how the communication with the different departments, as well as the family, is organised and what your tasks are once you have taken over a regular student. Enjoy the video.

Main Points

1. The main way to get booked in for trial lessons is to enter availability in the Webapp Calendar.

2. We aim to make the perfect match between tutors and students, so prepare well for your trial lesson!

3. You will be added into a Whatsapp Group where you will receive information about the student. If the trial has been successful, the family will be added to this group for easier and direct communication.

4. Be sure to leave detailed feedback after the trial lesson.

5. Once the student becomes a regular student, it is your responsibility to book in lessons and align on their curriculum and learning goals!

6. There are different ways to get trial lessons and regular students, make sure you are familiar with all of the processes.
