All of the teachers in the Governor Mifflin School District 2020-2021 enhanced online program are teachers in the Governor Mifflin School District and teach face-to-face in one of our six schools.
Students participating in the 2020-2021 enhanced online learning option will follow the Governor Mifflin School District school calendar, including snow days, and holiday breaks. These students will also follow GMSD's marking period scheduling such as quarters, trimesters, and semesters.
One of the benefits of the Governor Mifflin 2020-2021 enhanced online program is that the students enrolled will remain GMSD students and can participate in all clubs, programs, athletics, field trips, and other building activities in the same way as which in-person students participate. Arrangements for participation in these activities can be done through communication and coordination with the building administrator.
After the end of the first trimester for elementary or after the first semester for secondary, students will be able to opt-in or out of the 2020-2021 enhanced online learning program.
Parents/guardians should complete the registration form for each student they plan to enroll in the online option (i.e. if you have two children, you will need to complete the form twice)
