1. Once this form is submitted a member of the GISD athletic department will reach out to you regarding your requests.

2. The following additional forms will need to be completed once the rental information requests are received:

          • The following associated fees apply only to sanctioned University Interscholastic League (UIL) or Texas Association of Private and Parochial Schools (TAPPs) Playoff competitions or contests. This fee schedule does not apply to other private organizations, groups, local businesses, local non-profit organizations, or other for-profit organizations.
