My name is Rafi Shaik and I'm the Founder of Peaceful Advisor Lifestyle Coaching. For over 17 years, I worked as a Wealth Advisor and Financial Planner helping professionals like doctors and business owners achieve true financial freedom.
While I was successful in building a big book of business, the relentless hours and stress began taking a toll. I found myself perpetually running on empty, struggling to spend meaningful time with my loved ones and ultimately feeling unfulfilled. That's when I realized I needed to change my approach if I wanted a fulfilling career and life.
I went on a journey of self discovery and growth. I was able to build a 7 figure (RYA) revenue generating business in under 3 years and still took 100 days of vacation. I came to a realization that a lot of advisors are struggling to find this balance and I felt the urge to help them which led me to take a decision to leave the advisory business and launch my coaching business. So I created Peaceful Advisor to help fellow financial advisors avoid burnout and take control of their time. Through my niche coaching programs, I show advisors how to specialize their practices, develop high-level service offerings and automate operations so they can focus on what really matters.
I leverage my unique expertise in planning, investing and business optimization to provide advisors clarity, certainty and a renewed vision. If you're feeling overwhelmed, drained or unsure of how to take the next step - I can help you reinvent your business, boost profitably and find true peace of mind.
I'm an engineering ( Electronics & Comm) graduate with an MBA and also a Certified Financial Planner ( CFP).

His father, once a prosperous construction business owner, encountered a severe accident that not only caused personal injury but also led to the collapse of his $15 million business. This calamity plunged the Lombardi family into severe financial distress, igniting in Joseph a fierce determination to prevent such misfortunes from afflicting others.
The financial woes continued with the untimely death of his mother at just 52, who left behind no life insurance, and the stroke suffered by his grandmother, which resulted in a substantial $4.2 million inheritance being eroded by nursing home expenses. These painful episodes highlighted for Joseph the stark realities of inadequate financial planning.
At Ironhawk Financial, Joseph channels these personal insights into protecting and educating his clients, particularly focusing on those in construction and other blue-collar sectors. He is driven by a mission to safeguard business owners and their families from the financial devastations that once impacted his own life.
Joseph Lombardi’s professional commitments are complemented by his extensive industry recognition, including numerous Leaders Conference accolades from top financial institutions and being named in the 100 INC Top 40 under 40. His story is not just one of personal overcoming, but a testament to his relentless pursuit of empowering others through informed and empathetic financial stewardship.”

After graduating from Aesthetics in 2003, I developed a strong interest in the medical aspect of the industry. I started working as an intern at Surface Medical Spas in Layton, Utah. After one month I was hired full time eventually becoming manager of the spa. I realized my passion for teaching and decided to become an instructor. I took up this role in the evenings while my husband pursued his graduate studies. Eventually, we had to relocate, and I started working at an Aveda salon where I gained knowledge about a more holistic approach to skincare. Upon my husband's graduation, we moved to Burlington, Iowa, and this is where my entrepreneurial journey began.
I started my business by partnering with a friend and sharing a space - she as a massage therapist and me as an aesthetician. My business quickly gained success and ignited my passion again for more education. I began investing in learning branding, marketing, and the overall growth of a business.
As my business continued to grow, although daunting, I started hiring my staff.
I was determined to become the best leader I could be. I invested countless hours into learning about leadership and how to nurture the growth of others.
My dedication paid off as my company flourished, leading me to renovate a 4000 square-foot building with a downtown grant. Consequently, my med spa became one of the most profitable in the industry, consistently generating a 24% annual profit for several years (way above the national average).
