A graduate of the Art Institute of Pittsburgh since 1989, Dionne has effectively utilized her artistic talents to excel in her career. Her professional journey extends beyond real estate, with a deep-rooted commitment to continual learning and teaching.

In 2024, Dionne is set to become a certified Napoleon Hill instructor. For over six years, she has led the Think and Grow Rich Mastermind, imparting Napoleon Hill's teachings to help others unlock their full potential. Her devotion to education is integral to her role in real estate, where she mentors and trains up-and-coming professionals, merging her vast experience with current industry trends to prepare them for success. Dionne's influence extends beyond her professional endeavors, as she aims to positively impact people's lives.

Outside of her professional sphere, she is an avid Pittsburgh sports fan, a car enthusiast, and deeply values time spent with her husband, Jason, and their family.
