During your intake, your clinician will gather information about your current circumstance to establish an agreed-upon treatment. Your clinician will also determine if they are best fitting to provide the services you need. Meeting length, type, occurrences, and purpose are dependent on various client needs. Individual and group sessions are offered as described upon enrollment.
Before the start of your intake appointment you will be sent signing documents that details everything you need to know about our services through Adobe Sign. These documents will be sent along with a welcome email which explains what the purpose of each document. Additionally, we request that you fill out an Intake questionnaire which can be found on the client portal page of our website.

Golden Hour Counseling offers flexible scheduling and meeting times. Depending on your needs, you can meet your clinician weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. We require clients to be seen at least once every three months to ensure they are getting the most out of our services.
Clients may schedule appointments a week to a month in advance. Clinician availability varies and is dependent on previously agreed-upon meeting times.
PsychologyToday is the technology service we will use to conduct telehealth video conferencing appointments. Prior to your appointment you will receive an email from PsychologyToday with a meeting link, there are no passwords required to log in making it simple to use.
