Ariel Richards is a highly skilled, task oriented clinician who works collaboratively to teach realistic life skills which can easily be applied to everyday life, inspiring personal motivation for growth. She sincerely enjoys working with my clients and watching them develop skills to eventually become independent, happier, and more confident with their lives. She provides therapeutic services on a client-centered, individualized approach. She teaches skills and coping strategies with roots from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. She incorporates physical, emotional, and spiritual health to support whole-body wellness.
Ariel completed her Master's Degree at Lesley University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and School and Community Specialization. She has over 10 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults. Her areas of specialization include anxiety and related disorders, depression and related disorders, independent living, and relationship health. She has extensive experience working with and supporting the LGBTQIA+ community. Her areas of experience are from individual practice, schools, and non profit organizations.
Andy Bonifacio

Andy Bonifacio works with individuals who looking for an authentic and interactive therapist. As your clinician, he will work with you to confront challenges specific to your situation. His approach is thoughtful and tailored to individual needs. He follow strategies of dialectical behavior therapy and cognitive-behavioral therapy and utilize other related holistic support measures to establish a long-term rapport and mental health relief with my clients. Life is a journey and it is important to recognize where you are and what your goals are at times. As your therapist, Andy's goal is to help you better understand and navigate the challenges interfering with your innate capacity for growth.
Andy completed his Master's Degree at Cambridge College in Mental Health Counseling in 2019. He has over 5 years of experience working with young adults, and adults in mental health settings. His areas of specialization include men's health, trauma, holistic health, and independent living. He has extensive experience working with underprivileged populations.
Sheila Morris

Sheila Morris is a dedicated and passionate clinician with a genuine passion for facilitating personal growth and empowerment. With a wealth of life experience and education informing her practice, she has arrived at a place where she feels aligned with her purpose of guiding individuals toward the best version of themselves.
Sheila believes her clients deserve more than a 'one size fits all' approach to therapy. Her humanistic & client centered approach to therapy places a strong emphasis on individual perspectives and needs. She has 17 years of experience working in both public school and alternative special education settings. She also has 5 years of experience working as clinician utilizing cognitive behavior therapy, creative therapy, reality therapy. and mindfulness principles.
Sheila completed her Masters degree in School Counseling at Cambridge College and is soon to have her License in Mental Health Counseling. She specializes in autism, depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance abuse. Her distinctive skillset enables her to effectively engage with both neurodivergent children and teenagers, as well as neurotypical clients across all age groups.
