School Green teams
Green Teams consist of staff and students committed to reducing waste at school.
What is a School Green Team?
A Green Team is a group of staff and students who work collaboratively to help their school operate more sustainability.
Green Teams have at least one administrator, teacher, custodian, and student member.
Members work together to train staff and students to prevent and reduce waste using a 3-bin system and food share table.
Team members should meet regularly to discuss their efforts to educate their students, monitor contamination, and track waste data.
