The District Office Green Team is typically chaired by the school business officer, such as the Asst Superintendent of Business Services.
Other members should include the head of Educational Services, Human Resources, Operations, Facilities, and Purchasing. Union representatives, head custodians, and administrators from each school site may participate as well.
