DRESS CODE

WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO WEAR?

Monday, Aug. 24 (ARRIVAL DAY): When you arrive, wear something comfortable! You'll be moving in, and August tends to be hot & humid, so dress accordingly. We ask that you change into SCHOOL DRESS for the Welcome and Opening Chapel.

Tuesday, Aug. 25: Today you'll be getting connected and oriented, so you can dress casually.

Wednesday, Aug. 26 through Friday, August 28: You'll be in SCHOOL DRESS as you'll be in SOAR classes throughout the day. After classes conclude, you'll have time to go back to the cottage and change for SPORTS.

Saturday, Aug. 29: Today is the Maroon & Grey Induction Ceremony, so make sure you wear your Maroon or Grey T-shirt, along with something you can participate in for Field Day (think SPORTS). We'll be outside, so it will likely be warm.

WHAT DOES SCHOOL DRESS MEAN?

SHIRT/TOPS

• CFS Polo (short or long-sleeved)

• Short or Long-Sleeved Button-Down Shirt w/ Tie (if not wearing CFS polo)

• CFS Crewneck Sweatshirt (w/ any-style collared shirt underneath)

• CFS ¼ Zip Long Sleeve (w/ collar shirt)

• CFS ¼ Zip Fleece (w/collar shirt)

• CFS Cardigan (w/ collar shirt)

• 🚫NO CFS or Regular Hoodies

• 🚫NO T-Shirts

PANTS

• Khaki Pants (any color)

• Dress Pants

• ‼️ YOU MUST WEAR A BELT ‼️*

*Your pants should have belt loops!

SHOES

• Dress Shoes

• Solid Color Sneaker Shoes (NO white)

• Socks must be worn with shoes

RESTRICTED FOOTWEAR:

• 🚫 NO Ugg Quarter Boots

• 🚫 NO Crocs

• 🚫 NO Ugg Slipper Slip-on

• 🚫 NO Running or Basketball Sneakers

• 🚫 NO Construction or Snow Boots (unless inclement weather)

WHAT DOES CASUAL DRESS MEAN?

• Appropriate t-shirts in good repair (🚫 sleeveless/tank/muscle shirts are prohibited)

• Clean jeans/slacks/khakis/sweatpants (🚫 no rips or tears); shorts are allowed

• Hoodies and pullover sweatshirts

• Crocs, sneakers, or shoes only (🚫 no flip-flops, sandals, or slides are permitted)
