Our History

For over 40 years, the Golden Girls Drill Team has been an inspiration to many young women. In 1982, the team began rehearsing in the fall. They performed at pep rallies, football games, basketball games and even took team trips. The Drill Team started with 24 total members and 3 officers.  In 1988, the team name changed it's name to the Belladonnas. However, the name was changed back to the Golden Girls in 1989.  In the past 40 years, the Goldens Girls have had over 12 directors. Each Director has left a legacy of their own. There have also only been 7 different uniforms displayed over the 40 years. We look forward on carrying out the legacy!
