Atom's integration with Google Accounts enables you to easily and securely sign in to Atom via a desktop, tablet or mobile device. Using a Google Account ensures Atom users are protected by the most advanced online security. To minimize potential security threats, users should ensure their log in credentials and settings are kept up-to-date. Always keep the devices you are using (desktop, tablet or mobile phone) secure with it's own password protection to access the device itself.
Follow this step-by-step guide for signing into Atom. Using your Google Account makes it simple to get started and return to Atom.
Let's get started!
To log into Atom you will need to know your company's web address.
The web address or URL will look like this: https://your-company-name.atomapp.com.
After you enter the web address into your browser (we recommend Chrome ) you should see the following page:
At this time, "Sign in with Google" is the primary log-in path to access Atom.
This requires a Google based (email) account to access Atom. Since your company email may be using Google Email (Gmail), you may be able to sign-in using your company email address and password. Please check with your company IT Department to confirm this functionality. You may also use a personal Google Gmail account to access Atom. Please refer to your organizations 'Terms of Use' and Security Policies before you request access through a personal email address.
After you confirm that your Google account is active, simply click on the blue "Sign in with Google" button to get started.
After you enter your email and password, you should be taken to the following page after you click on the blue sign in button:
Once you see this page please make sure the proper Google account is displaying in the top right of the page. If you do not see the intended e-mail address, click the down arrow to switch Google accounts.
If the proper account is displayed, click the blue "Allow" button, which gives Atom the permission to use your encrypted Google login credentials as the key to login.
Atom only asks for you Email Address and your Basic Profile Information ( First Name, Last Name and Profile Image) to populate your user account in Atom. This information is required for user management purposes within Atom.

Once you click the "Allow" button, your account will be created in Atom, however, for an additional level of security, your company administrator will also need to grant your account permissions as a final step. Please contact them after you see the following page:
This page acknowledges a successful connection between your Google account and Atom.
To finalize the log in process, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR COMPANY'S ATOM ADMINISTRATOR WHO WILL GRANT YOU ACCESS.
After your Atom administrator grants you access to Atom, you will no longer see this page. Once your administrator has notified you about your Google account having full permissions in Atom, you can begin the process again, but this time you should be brought directly to the Atom Dashboard page after you click the blue button: "Sign in with Google."
