Colorful Cityscapes for the Ashland Orchestra 50th anniversary! Our first project. We marbled paper by scraping chalk onto the surface of water. We used construction paper and colored paper squares to create our cities!
We focused on radial symmetry for our Stained Glass. We used tissue paper, scissors and glue to create these beauties!
We observed colorful Indian Corn and drew them with oil pastel. We used watercolor to paint them and a texture crayon technique for the background.

We made Paper Snowflakes! With six pieces of paper, scissors, and staples for each one!
The students made the most beautiful glass ornaments just in time for the holidays! Students used real glass to make these tree ornaments. They were then fused in a kiln. I would love to do more fused glass projects with the students in the future!
We started our coiled clay projects! These pieces have been glazed but not yet fired in the kiln.
