Early Literacy

It is never too early to be immersed in reading, build vocabulary or make meaningful marks on paper. In EC2 our youngest learners spend their days learning to orally communicate, to express their desires and needs and to understand the concept of communication. Our teachers are skilled at infusing language learning into the school day through play and inquiry. We understand how language is learnt and interacted with both as a mother tongue (home languages) and the language of instruction.
