Teach Behavioral Expectations

Teachers explain, model, practice, and reinforce behavioral expectations regularly in Homerooms and/or during SEL lessons.

Each characteristic will be taught schoolwide. Teachers are responsible for setting classroom expectations which support our schoolwide expectations. 

SEL lessons will be taught throughout the year in either Homeroom or Focused Learning for Junior/Senior High. At the elementary level, SEL lessons are imbedded into our core Reading curriculum, Into Reading, by Houghton Mifflin Harcourt.
